Strawberry & Peanut Butter Fluff Waffles

Ingredients for Fluff: 

3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
2 tbsp forger cashew yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 can of Miss Jones Cream Cheese Frosting
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup


Ingredients for waffles: 

1.5 cups of Arrowmills waffle/pancake mix
1 cup of Bob Mills Gluten free pancake/waffle mix
2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 large strawberries diced
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp oil
2 large brown eggs
Mini Enjoy Life chocolate chips for topping 

Directions for Fluff: 

1. First you must whip the frosting or the consistency won't be fluffy! 

2. Whip all ingredients together in a bowl. Add a dash of salt.... done. 


Directions for Waffles: 

1. Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. 

2. Place in waffle maker to desired crispiness. 

3. Layer each waffle with peanut butter fluff, a dash of salt and left over fresh strawberries.
