Disclaimer: Smoothies are based on personal preference for size. You will not see portions here as you can make your own based on how many ounces of smoothie you would like. 
Ingredients: 


2-3 Tbsp peanut butter (preference here)
Dragonfruit
Mango
Cherry
Chobani oat milk
1/2 avocado
Hemp protein
Vanilla extract 
Milk thistle
Dates
​Cinnamon 
Directions: 


1. Combine all ingredients into the blender and mix well. 

2. Pour into your favorite jar or glass, top with granola of choice and enjoy!

Strawberry Dream Smoothie

Ingredients: 

**All fruit is frozen**
Strawberries
Mango
Dark sweet cherries
1 tbsp local honey
1/2 avocado
Thumb of ginger 
Pinch of salt
Cold-pressed apple juice 
Oatly oat milk 
1 scoop Amazing Greens Grass & Mushrooms Mix
1 Scoop Amazing Greens Alkalize & Detox Mix 
Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients into blender and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Mix should resemble a milkshake. 

2. Pour mixture into favorite cup and enjoy!

Cloudy Day Smoothie

This is a great smoothie on cloudy days, rainy days, or days your inflammation is flaring up and allergies may be bothering you. 

Ingredients: 
**All fruit is frozen**
Mango
Pineapple
Strawberry
Thumb of fresh ginger
Oat milk (Oatly)
Apple juice (cold-pressed)
1 tsp local honey
1/2 avocado
​5-6 magnesium drops (Trace Minerals)
1 Scoop of Amazing Greens Alkalize & Detox

Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender, blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. 

​2. Pour into glass with eco friendly straw and enjoy!

1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 orange juice
1/2 oat milk (or milk of choice)

Frozen pineapple
Frozen strawberry 
1/2 avocado
Fresh watermelon
1 thumb of ginger
Oat milk
Local honey
​Golden milk mix
Directions: 


1. Place all ingredients in high speed blender and blend until smooth and thick. 

​2. Pour and enjoy.

Golden Milk Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 handful of mango,frozen 
2 handfuls of cherries, frozen
1 handful of peaches, frozen
1/2 ripe avocado, fresh
2 tbsp golden milk powdered mix (Gaia is my favorite)
1 tbsp of extra cinnamon
Tangerine juice (or orange)
Oat milk
Directions: 

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 
**Tip: for a thicker smoothie, only fill to 3/4 of your fruit. For a thinner smoothie add more liquid, not ice or water!)

2. Pour into glass, top with fresh berries, strawberries are best, and enjoy on rainy days to help with inflammation!

Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1/4 C (cooked) frozen butternut squash 
1/4 C frozen blackberries
1 small beet
1 TBSP local honey
1 TSP ground cinnamon
1 C organic coconut milk
1 TBSP activated chia seeds
1 TBSP organic roasted carob nibs

Add-ins: 
Apple cider vinegar 
Frozen cherries
Fresh avocado (keeps it creamy like bananas with less sugar and better fats)
​Frozen mango
Thumb of ginger
Directions: 

1. Blend until smooth
2. Pour into bowl or cup and enjoy

Green Mango Smoothie Bowl

1 1/2 cups organic frozen mango
1/2 medium avocado
2 tbsp activated chia seeds
1 tbsp local honey
1 tbsp spirulina 
ginger
1/2 goodbelly
1/2 full fat oat milk

Optional add-ins: 
Trace minerals
cinnamon
Vitamin D(great for cloudy days)
Directions:
  1. Grab your blender
  2. Place all ingredients inside
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Place in a bowl, top with berries and candied pecans.
  5. Enjoy
