Simple Spring Parfait

Ingredients: 


1/4 cup Foragers cashew yogurt
1/2 Dragonfruit, diced
​1/2 Peach, diced 
Directions: 

1. Place yogurt in your favorite bowl. 
2. Cut your fruits
​3. Place on top of yogurt and enjoy!

Snowy Parfait

Ingredients: 
**All ingredients are organic and washed before use**

3 strawberries
2 oz blackerries
2 oz raspberries
2.5 oz santa claus melon
1/4 honeycrisp apple
2 tbsp activated chia seeds
2 tbsp Forager cashew yogurt
Local honey for drizzle and cinnamon for dusting. 
Directions: 

1. Wash all fruit and dice. 
2. Layer fruit how your heart desires
3. Add chia seeds, yogurt, honey and cinnamon. 
4. Grab a spoon and enjoy.

Tropical Grapesacpe

Ingredients:
(listed from most to least)

1/2 Honeycrisp apple
1 handful Cotton Candy Grapes (or grapes of your loving)
1 handful Pineapple
1 palmful Blueberries
5 Blackberries
2 Giant strawberries
1 heaping tbsp non-dairy vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp activated chia seeds 
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
**The bowl in the photo is a 4 cup pyrex, this recipe yields 4 cups of fruit parfait.**

1. Wash and dry all fruit being used for parfait.
2. Cut fruit to desired cube size
3. mix fruit in bowl with yogurt, cinnamon and chia seeds. 
4. Put a spoon in and enjoy!

Berry Crunch Parfait

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Foreger's Cashew Yogurt
1 Tsp cinnamon
4 medium organic, fresh strawberries
8-10 blueberries
1 Tbsp Go Raw Sprouted pumpkin seeds
Lakanto Keto maple syrup, drizzle
DIRECTIONS:
1. Layer how you like.
2. Grab a spoon. 
3. Scoop up all layers. 
4. Eat & smile.

Pumpkin Mousse Parfait

INGREDIENTS FOR PUMPKIN MOUSSE:
1 heaping cup Organic pumpkin puree
1/2 cup raw, unsalted cashews (soaked 4-6 hours prior)
1/2 cup full fat, organic coconut milk or cream
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/ 1/2 tsp. organic almond extract
1/4 tsp. Himalayan pink salt 

YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
1/4 cup natural or organic pumpkin seed granola
1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek probiotic yogurt

DIRECTIONS:
  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly in blender or food processor.
  • Chill for 4-6 hours, or overnight for best consistency.
  • Once chilled, divide evenly into 4 portions, first adding a layer of pumpkin granola. Next, a layer with pumpkin mousse. Top this layer with plain or vanilla Greek yogurt. Finally, finish off your layers with a dollop of pumpkin mousse and a sprinkling of granola.
  • Enjoy with a grin!
