Sourdough Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients: 

1 Old World Sourdough pizza crust
1 slice of organic, natural prosciutto
3 oz of ground sage sausage
1 large mushroom, sliced
5 basil leaves
Mild banana peppers ( to liking)
2.5 tbsp organic pizza sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
1/2 cup vegan mixed cheese (I use Daiya)
1/2 cup Follow your heart vegan Parmesean cheese
​3 large brown eggs

Directions: 


1. You're not an animal, so place that dough on a pizza pan or stone. THEN, sauce it up. 
2. Next layer should be your meat, mushrooms, and peppers. 
3. Then basil and the balsamic
4. Lastly, top with your cheese before baking. 
5. Before your crust and ingredients are fully finished, top with three eggs. Bake until egg is  slightly runny.
