Paleo Pumkin Pie Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Birch's Paleo Pancake Mix
1/2 Cups organic pumpkin puree
1 Scoop unflavored whey protein powder
1/2 Tsp. organic ground clove
​1/2 Tsp. organic ground nutmeg
1 Tsp. organic ground cinnamon
1 Tsp. organic ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. organic roasted cacao nibs
1 1/2 Cups filtered water
DIRECTIONS:
  • ​Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix thoroughly, mixture should be smooth and not too thick. 
  • In a medium frying pan cook one pancake for roughly 3 minutes on each side. 
  • Stack, butter, and top with your favorite syrup!
