Savory Grilled Cheese & Bacon

INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of Little Northern Bakehouse Seed & Grain Bread
2 oz sharp cheddar cheese
2 oz pepper jack or 3 pepper longhorn cheese
6 fresh, organic spinach leaves
1 oz hatch green chilie pepper hummus (Sprouts)
Dalmatian sage

DIRECTIONS:
  1. First in frying pan, or baked, cook your bacon to desired crispiness.
  2. While bacon is cooking, slice your cheese into 1/4 inch slices.
  3. On one slice of bread, spread your hummus, layer with spinach.
  4. On your other slice of bread layer cheese. Sprinkle sage on one side of sandwich. Place bacon in between and cook sandwich is bacon grease until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. (I usually do this on a medium-low temperature for about 3- 3.5 minutes on each side)
  5. ENJOY!
