Pear & Bacon Pancakes

Ingredients: 

1.5 cups arrow mills pancake mix 
1 cup bob mills gluten free pancake mix
​2-3 strips of bacon
1/2 pear, diced
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp almond extract
2/3 cup oat milk
2 tbsp avocado oil
​2 large brown eggs
​
Directions: 

1. First cook your bacon, full strip. Dice your pear while bacon is cooking. 

2. Once bacon is finished, set aside to cool. Chop once cooled. 

3. Mix remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add bacon and pear when mixed. 

4. Drop batter onto frying pan in desired size, cook, top with butter and syrup and enjoy!
