Earth Tone Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup coarsely chopped organic carrot (Soak in filtered water for several hours prior)
1/2 Cup frozen red kale (I freeze mine from organic fresh kale after chopping)
1 medium organic banana, frozen
1/2 Cup raw, unsalted cashews
1 Tbsp. Raw, unfiltered honey (local if possible)
1/4 Cup Madagascar vanilla Kefir
1/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
  • Place all ingredients in blender or bullet blender and blend well.
  • Pour into your favorite bowl and top with desired toppings. 
  • Smile and enjoy!
