Crispy PB & Apple Waffles

Ingredients: 

Arrowmills gluten free waffle/pancake mix (follow directions on the box)
Brown eggs
Avocado oil
Oat milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp ground cinnamon 
2 tbsp of powered PB
1/4 honey crisp apple, very small dice
​Local honey for topping. 
Directions: 

​1. Following your directions on the arrow mills bag, combine all ingredients into a bowl including Half of your apple pieces. 
2. Cook in waffle iron (or in frying pan if you prefer pancakes) until crispy and golden brown. 
3. Top with left over apples and local honey!
