Creamy Parmesan Cauliflower & Sage Pork

Ingredients: 

2 cups cauliflower
3 oz ground sage breakfast pork
3 tbsp pine nuts
2 tbsp ghee
Black pepper to taste
Zas hatch chili seasoning
1 cup Follow your heart parmesan cheese
1 cup Oatly oat milk 
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then place parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside
  2. In a large bowl combine cut florets of cauliflower, spices, ghee and mix well. 
  3. Pour onto your baking sheet and bake until golden brown. Set aside to cool when finished, about 20 minutes. 
  4. In a medium frying pan, cook your pork, then add your cauliflower and pine nuts.
  5. Add cheese and milk, bring to a boil while continuing to stir. After 1-2 minutes a sauce should form from the milk and cheese. 
  6. Let stand one minute, plate and enjoy!
