Fried Black Rice

Ingredients: 
1/4 C Lotus Foods Organic black rice, cooked
1/4 C black beans, cooked
1/4 red bell pepper
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 crown of broccoli
1 thumb of fresh ginger
2 cloves of garlic
4 leaves of thai basil
3 oz ground pork sausage (optional)
Braggs aminos to taste (this is basically soy sauce)
3 tbsp chosen foods blend avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 
  1. Cook rice and beans (if not already done) set aside when finished. Chop and dice all veggies and herbs. 
  2. In a medium frying pan, on medium heat cook ground pork and sauté veggies. 
  3. Once all veggies and pork are cooked, add rice to your pan using some of your avocado oil and mix. 
  4. Next add your ginger, garlic, basil, salt and pepper and aminos. Mix up well in the pan. 
  5. Plate and enjoy with some sriracha.
