BBQ Pulled Pork Loin Tacos

INGREDIENTS: 

1 Pork loin (size of choosing)
1/2 bottle of Lillie's Smokey BBQ sauce
1 green onion
Whole wheat tortillas 
Vegan parmesan cheese
Scrambled egg (1-2 for topping)
DIRECTIONS: 

1. Place pork loin and BBQ sauce in a crockpot, on high it will cook for roughly four hours on low about 6-8. This highly depends on how many pounds your pork loin is. 

2. Once pork is falling apart from touching it with a fork, chop your green onion and add to the pork. 

3. Brown and crisp your tortillas in a frying pan, place pork first, then cheese, top with scrambled egg and hot sauce. 

​4. Grab a napkin and enjoy!
