Baked Spiced Grainless Granola

INGREDIENTS: 
1/3 Cup roasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds
1/2 Cup pecan pieces
1/2 Cup silvered almonds
1/2 Cup almond meal
1/3 Cup Spectrum decadent blend
1/3 Cup pine nuts
1/3 Cup local honey
3 Tbsp Nutivia hemp oil
1/4 Tsp pink salt
1/4 Tsp cracked black pepper
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tsp ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp for drizzle after baked 
DIRECTIONS:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. 
  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients together, excluding your last tablespoon of honey. Mix well with a rubber spatula or your fingers. 
  • Pour mixture onto your parchment paper and flatten on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, mixing every 5 minutes or so to avoid burning edges and bottom. 
  • Remove from oven when done, let stand approximately 20-30 minutes. Drizzle with honey and enjoy as a snack or breakfast parfait with your favorite toppings!
