Here is a list of journaling prompts I have used over the last 406 (and counting) days of my journaling. There is plenty to choose from! Journaling is a great way to manifest what you want, work through inner issues, connect with your inner child, and so much more! There is no set time limit on how long to journal or meditate, just as long as you do it once a day. I personally like to do mine shortly after waking to set the intentions of my day.

How do I deal with emotional discomfort? What is my outlet? Write about a negative condition you hold the you know is not true & talk about with it isn't true. How do I want to feel today & what thought do I need to think to spark that emotion? Why haven't you dealt with your past before? Why do you want to deal with your past now? What don't you like about your life right now? What's on your mind? Brain dump! What did you survive? Who believed you? What color represents your pain? What color represents your healing? What 5 things bring you joy outside of family/friends/faith? List 5 Positive impacts the pandemic has had on your life and/or community. How do you take care of yourself? Write the words you need to hear right now. How do I want to feel today & what thoughts do I need to think to spark that emotion? List 5 things causing you stress, but that you have the ability to change. If you could do something all over again what would it be? Write about one your exes. If you had to pick one bad memory to re-write the outcome, what would it be & how can you think of the experience differently? What your biggest goals for the month?
