-Small group class for siblings within the same age group or classmates in the same age group
-2-1 hour, pre-designed classes per week that guide through full workouts with warm ups and cool downs
-Classes are designed to teach children and teens how to move their bodies safely through basic movements and their variations, as well as how to collaborate and be open to others working with them and around them, receive nutritional guidance on how to eat for their age and growing bodies. Most important of all, they learn WHY we do these things.
-Classes run for 3 months at a time and begin each quarter. They are held in a park nearest to your home
