Most people don’t start seeing lasting change until around the 6-month mark. And most bodies, especially after 55, need time, consistency, and the right kind of care to fully shift out of survival mode.
You’ve spent decades building patterns around movement, eating, stress, and recovery.
So why would you expect your body to unlearn all of that in 12 weeks?

Here’s How It WorksThis system is split into three intentional phases:
  1. Reset & Foundation – the deepest, most guided part of your journey. We rebuild your nervous system, digestion, strength, and trust in your body.
  2. Integration & Strength – once your system stabilizes, we reinforce your routines and expand what’s possible.
  3. Mastery & Longevity – your body now knows what to do. You just need a steady hand to help you sustain it and keep leveling up.
Each phase has a timeframe, but your progress is personal. Some people move through phases faster. Some need longer. That’s okay—this isn’t about finishing fast. It’s about healing right.

Q: Do I have to commit to all three phases at once?

A: No. Each phase is its own complete system, and you can start with the one that fits where you are now. That said, these phases are designed to work together—so planning for the full journey is how you get the best results. Most clients end up staying 2–3 years because they finally feel like their wellness has direction, not just guesswork.

Q: What if I progress faster than expected?
A: Amazing—and that means you’re ready to move into the next phase! Once your nervous system, strength, or routine is ready for more, we’ll upgrade you into the next system. Each phase is billed separately, so early progress is a good thing—not something you get penalized for.

Q: What if I need more time in a phase?
A: Everyone moves at their own pace. If you’re still stabilizing when the initial timeline ends, I offer month-to-month extensions for that phase at a reduced rate. No pressure. No rush. Just continued support until your system is ready for more.

Q: Can I pause my package if something comes up? 
A: Life happens—but consistency is key. While I don’t offer “pauses” in the traditional sense, we can adapt your delivery (virtual sessions, scaled-down routines, etc.) to keep you moving forward during travel or unexpected shifts. If there’s a medical emergency, I’m always willing to reassess timelines with you.

Q: Are the sessions the only thing I’m paying for?
A: No—and that’s the biggest misunderstanding I help people unlearn. You’re investing in a full system of care that includes coaching, movement therapy, nervous system work, nutrition planning, weekly communication, app access, and long-term wellness design. The sessions are just part of what brings that system to life.

Q: I’m not sure if I’m ready—should I still reach out?
A: Yes. The consult is free, and there’s no pressure. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll tell you. But chances are, if you’re here reading this… it’s already time to do something different.
