Do you only work with people 55 and older?
While PrimeFit 55+ was created specifically to support adults in their later years, I occasionally work with younger clients who are navigating chronic health issues, hormonal shifts, or movement challenges — especially if they’re looking for a science-based, long-term approach to wellness.
If you're under 55 and feel this work aligns with your goals, you're welcome to reach out and see if it's the right fit.

Who do you work with?
We work exclusively with adults aged 55 and older. Our programs are designed to support this unique stage of life — with strategies that focus on strength, mobility, brain health, hormone balance, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Do you work with children or families?
Not anymore. While we’ve supported a wide range of ages in the past, our mission is now centered around empowering individuals 55+ to reclaim vitality and thrive in their later years.

What makes PrimeFit 55+ different from a regular gym or personal trainer?We don’t offer one-size-fits-all workouts — we provide movement therapy, personalized nutritional support, and behavioral strategies tailored to the 55+ community.
This is functional wellness designed to help you live longer, move better, and feel stronger.
No bootcamps. No pressure. Just progress.
Do I need to be “fit” to start?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with chronic pain, injuries, cognitive decline, or simply feeling out of shape. We meet you exactly where you are — and help you build from there.

What if I have health conditions or mobility issues?
That’s exactly who we’re here for. Whether you're dealing with arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s, or post-surgical rehab, our programs are adapted to your body’s needs. We prioritize safe, effective movement that works with your body — not against it.

Do you take insurance or Medicare?
We do not bill insurance or Medicare directly, but many of our services may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
While all support through PrimeFit 55+ is privately paid, we work out of a health club that partners with SilverSneakers. If your insurance includes SilverSneakers benefits, your membership to the facility may be fully covered — giving you access to the space where we meet for movement sessions.

Our focus is on preventative, lifestyle-based care that promotes strength, clarity, and long-term wellness — often in ways traditional coverage doesn’t.

​Can I try a session before committing?
We don’t offer free movement sessions, but we do offer a complimentary consultation to talk through your goals, needs, and whether this approach is the right fit for you.
There’s no workout, no pressure — just an honest conversation about how we can support your wellness journey.
